Description: Includes memos, correspondence, notes, reports, and instructions relating to the preparation of Stout's portion of the annual and biennial budget for submission to UW System. Included are materials which document Stout's involvement in the budget process in establishing local procedures, guidelines, and policies. Procedures, guidelines, and policies developed by UW System for all campuses are not included although correspondence unique to Stout from System and Stout's response to System policies comprise a portion of this series.
